Research / National Physician Advisor Survey

The American Case Management Association (ACMA) and the Association of Physician Leaders in Care Management (APLCM) are currently working on one of their most important projects and we are requesting your help. The Physician Leaders in Care Management Survey is published by ACMA/APLCM every two years and provides vital information for healthcare leaders across the country about the role of Physician Leaders in Care Management. Many hospital / health system leaders find it to be a powerful tool as they plan/justify staffing and caseloads, models, salaries, etc. It is the only source of such national information for our industry.

If you are a Physician Leader in Care Management, a Physician Advisor or a leader of a hospital case management department, we ask you to help in this important project by taking the survey. This will likely take you ~15minutes to complete and will ensure that your facility's data is included in this project which will benefit all case management leaders and departments across the United States.
